The hotel was shity doesn't deserve 2 starts it was more like a hostel, the water was cold , the room damaged, the breakfast just ok , in general i don't recommend it. The service was also bad. When i tried to modify my reservation, they refused to accept and refund me

Concord Hotel is a basic, standard hotel. The cleanliness is average and acceptable, but nothing special. The room and facilities are quite simple, suitable if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. One issue I faced was regarding the breakfast. I selected the option with breakfast included when booking, but upon arrival, the hotel informed me that breakfast was not included. This was a bit disappointing and confusing. However, the biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location. It is directly opposite the Roman Theatre and right in the downtown Amman area, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot. For the location alone, it’s a good choice, especially for short stays.

Lokasi sangat strategik, terletak di depan rome theater dan berdekatan pasar. Receptionist yang sangat baik dan membantu Lantai bilik tidak begitu bersih Jika bawa kenderaan, parkir agak jauh
